The property is made up of three adjoining volumes , connected by a system of masonry-work bridges ,which were typical in the period of construction of the house. The bridges were the connection between the actual living spaces and the workshops of the artisans working in the house at the time, the stables with the horses and carriages and even with the wine cellar, the oil and the wheat mill. The buildings date back to the 1660s.

Its located in a small, restored, and well kept hamlet about seven kilometers from Spoleto on the road to Trevi, Foligno, Assisi and Perugia. Rome is only 120 km away.

The property is surrounded by a large park with gardens and timber trees and partly paved. It also includes two buildings, contemporary to the house, that can be used during summer months and an old wood owen. A shaded walkway leads to another large and more private garden that cpould be used for a swimming pool or even for a tennis court.

The buildings currently used as a home are in good condition having been restored over the years with various interventions, both structural and decorative.
All the original wood are original, some decorated terracotta floors have been largely replaced, the walls are painted and most of the house doors are antique.

This part of the property is formed by two floors and has two access, one from the garden and another one from the outside allowing the independent use of part of the building.
On the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room and a three room living room.
On the second floor five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two space living room, a study, a library, two living rooms and several corridors and access rooms.
On the ground floor a garage and technical areas (boiler room, laundry).

The third building, also with access to the garden, takes place on three floors, and needs to be restored internally.
It is a building that has being used in time as an oil mill and as a grain mill.
The external structure is made of stone, the interior has wooden ceilings.

On the ground floor there are three large rooms and a much larger one (formerly the engine room) :s this particular rooms deployment would suit the construction of an indoor pool. Each of the other two floors are made of 3 wide rooms.
Three more rooms are occupied byan old grain mill included in the sale (unlike the other mill whose machinery has been dismantled) with all the original equipment for the grain processing that dates back to the last century.
